Telephone Assistance is provided to help customers troubleshoot and identify the source of the timing system problem. RaceAmerica will make every attempt to provide technical problem isolation will also attempt to resolve hardware failures using the spare parts customers have stocked locally at their track. Workarounds are developed whenever possible. Parts requested to resolve hardware failures are generally available for shipment the next business workday.
