RaceAmerica Corporation includes a standard one year limited Product Warranty on all hardware products from the date of shipment to the original customer.
Because all RaceAmerica products have a high level of reliability and serviceability built-in, our products very low failure rates. If a problem arises, the combination of well built products and ease of service makes repairs easier and faster.
By adding a RaceAmerica Extended Warranty Service option, the built-in strengths of your system with on-going RaceAmerica technical support and customer service, ensure your event will be a success and avoid a costly repair.

SCHEDULED TRAINING SESSION Need a 1-on-1 training session on RaceAmerica hardware and software operation in detail? For a flat fee of $395, we work with you to schedule a time where we dial into your computer and provide up to 2 hours of personalized training.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (NON-WARRANTY CUSTOMERS): Need to speak to a technician immediately for a specific issue? No problem. For a flat fee of $395, your technical issue is immediately placed in the callback queue with typical response of 2 hours from 8am to 5pm (PST).
