Two lights with same ID and missing one flag ID

Somehow I have two lights with the same ID. When I send a flag to one, both of them display the flag. Also, one of my light IDs is missing or not responding.
How do I fix this?

Based on what you indicated, it appears one of the duplicate IDs is the missing ID. To resolve this:
- Power on all lights and both lights with the same ID.
- Confirm during power up, each of the duplicate light displays the same ID
- If you want one of those lights to keep this ID, power it off, otherwise power either one of the duplicate ID lights off and leave one powered on.
- Go to the CHANGE ID screen in the software.
- Locate the ID, click on it, and drag & drop it on a different unused ID.
- Once the software confirms the ID has changed, power on the other light.
- All your IDs will now be present and no duplicate ID.

That did it! Not sure how we got there but now I can fix it ...
