Yagi antenna mounting

I have an older set of Yagi 900MHz antennas to make the printer wireless from our timer. Is there documentation on the correct orientation and mounting of the antenna on a 1-1/2 OD pole?

High gain antenna orientation is very important to the proper operation of the antenna. Almost all RaceAmerica wireless applications and products use Vertical Orientation as opossed to Horizontal Orientation, that is, the antenna in up & down vertical. To position a high gain Yagi antenna for the compatible vertical orientation, mount the antenna as shown in these attached photos:

This is the correct mounting and antenna orientation for the Yagi style antenna. Point the antenna towards the other wireless unit as shown below:
