Race software for a 2600 drag system

Our club has a used 2600B drag system we bought from another group (we are the 4th owner) about a year ago. Used it originally about twice a year, now use it every month. Is there software for a PC available to run a race and manage the race results? What are my options?

There is software for the 2650 drag system, XLscore ADV, which will work with the 2600 system. The XLscore ADV is data capture sofwtare which means it does not control the timing system from the PC, it monitors the output of the timer after each race completes and saves the race results. Driver registration and classes exit in the program and it can print timeslips with more information than printing direct from the timer.

You might consider trading in the 2600 timer on a 2650 timer to take advantage of the additional features of the 2650. Or you can trade up to a 2910 and use our XLscore II or XLscore PRO software which does operate the timing system from the PC. Here\'s a link to the hardware upgrade:

Can I use the XLscore PRO software with the 2600? Do I need to change something out? I want to be able to operate the drag system from the starter next to the tree and from the tower PC.

The XLscore PRO is designed for the 2700/2710 XL Wireless and the 2900/2910 XL Professional. There is an upgrade path to either system reusing many components of your current system.
