How to change a hand controller button

I have both a wireless hand controller from one system and a hardwired hand controller from a friend\'s equipment. I see they both use the same hardware for the buttons which look universal so i assume the flag picture is something that gets inserted at the factory.

How would I change the button flag picture on one of the buttons?

The button and images are easily changed using a small flat blade screwdriver.

Can I buy just the button part that pops out with the screwdriver? I want to have the buttons preloaded so I can swap buttons and images quickly between race events where the flagman uses different flags with different race groups and the buttons are different for each of these groups.
