Model 3800/3850 Timer AC4 Upgrade/Trade-in Packages

Since the initial launch of the Model 3800 TIMER AC4, new software and firmware updates were made available that provided many new features. In 2008 RaceAmerica incorporated new internal and external designs with DUAL MICROPROCESSORS into this system and launched the next generation of Autocross timing systems, the; Model 3850 TIMER AC4. The DUAL MICROPROCESSORS allow the system to take advantage of the latest firmware and software. All future development will be made using the more efficient dual microprocessor system. However, owners of the 3800 system can now get the new system through our cost-effective upgrade/trade-in program.

  • New 90-day warranty with new timing console

  • Dual Microprocessors

  • All future product development will be on Model 3850 platform.

  • Single or dual beam operation(start & finish) for flexible use with Lap Timing & Autocross Solo I & II

  • Variable sensor trip lock out time from 2 to 9 seconds vs. fixed 5 seconds providing more operator control

  • Printer port configurable for connection to scoreboards or printers

  • Configurable 4-line time slip header stored in flash memory allows for additional operator customization

  • Configurable maximum time for course completion. (Allows for poor runs)

  • Countdown timer function helps keep attendees better informed

  • New selectable timing formats; M:SS.FFF or SSS.FFF
