Wireless Soap Box Derby

	Model 5820 T-Link Wireless The Wireless SBD (Soap Box Derby) Timer replaces track cables normally used to connect track sensors to the timing system. Model 5820 T-Link units report sensor trips to a PC which can calculate Differential times, elapsed times and winning lane data. The wireless T-Link units operate over a wide range of conditions. Optimal conditions are line of sight between sending and receiving units and six feet of ground clearance. Range can exceed one mile. High gain antennas can be utilized for greater distances or noisy environments. Diagnostics such as Beam alignment, RF signal integrity, and T-Link Battery Level are available from the AXWareDerby PC software.
	Wireless LED Displays Keep the crowd in the race action with our LED Displays. A single scoreboard can be configured to display the winning lane and the differential time between finishes. A pair of our scoreboards can be configured to display each lane's elapsed times after every race. Either of these configurations can be hardwired or connected through one of our Wireless Data Comm Links.
	Race Management PC Software Manage your entire race using one of our Race Management PC Software packages. When combined with our Data Capture software, the PC can manage the entire multi-class race down to a winner in each class. Single Elimination and Double Elimination are included with manual start line pairings or our automated computer genreated random pairings.

Options
	Track Electronics Different speed events require different lane widths to ensure the safety and proper operation of the race vehicle. RaceAmerica offers several choices in Track Electronics to match the different needs. Lanes widths from 50 foot to 250 foot wide are available from RaceAmerica.
	Protective Foam Stands To protect the track electronics in the speed trap from errand drivers, a set of our model 7540 Protective Foam Stands will protect your valuable investment and elevate the beams six inches off the ground for good speed detection.
	Win Lights As soon as the first vehicle passes through the finish line, the LED Win Light flashes to let the crowd know who won. A pair of LED Winning Lane Indicators placed outside each lane on the track at the finish line indicates who crossed first. The Timer SBD console uses a single cable to connect both the win lights and the IR Sensors. Power to the win lights is supplied by the console so no addition battery power is required!
	Carry Case To protect your wireless investment, carry cases with custom foam inserts are available with room for two T-Link units and associated Track Sensors, Beam Emitters, and Battery Charger.
