The RAscore Race Results Display and Data Capture PC Software is compatible with 2300 series JR Competition and 2100 series RC Eliminator Drag Timing Systems. This is a versatle software program with Click and Point functionality, Class and Driver Registration, and Display of Race Results and Standings. The RAscore software runs under Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista and NT operating systems.
The RAscore software turns your PC screen into a live scoreboard capturing race results as they happen. Driver's Names or Car Numbers can be entered for each lane and printed on timeslip with Class Names and Custom Headers at the top. Race results can be saved to a file for quick import into most spreadsheet applications for sorting results and generating reports saving time and manual effort. The data stored in the file is an excellent audit trail to settle those disputes that sometimes arise.
The Driver Registration Screen provides the capability to separate drivers and vehicles into classes. For bracket and index classes, the Dial-ins are also entered. A comments field is also provided for additonal descriptions of the driver or their vehicle. Since some drivers race every week and others skip weeks, the RAscore program does not require re-registering each driver for each event. Drivers can be included or excluded from an event using the Status field on the Driver registration Screen.
After registration is complete, the racing action can start and a Class selected. When the Driver's Name is entered for the left or right lanes, a pop-up list appears listing all drivers in the selected class who are racing in today's race event. Simply click on a name and the Driver's Name are loaded automatically insuring consistency in spelling required for sorting of race results by the spreadsheet application.
As the racing action proceeds, the Standings Screen can display the fastest ET's and fastest Speeds achieved in today's race event. This is a convenient screen to place in front of the announcer to tell the crowd how well a driver did in their most recent run. Click on the UPDATE button and new race results are included in the on-screen standings.
