Inline IP Network Interface
The IP Tracknet interface module bridges the communications between the IP network around the track and the RaceAmerica Intelligent Track Safety Light. This interface module is placed in a standard NEMA weatherproof enclosure near the safety light.

Connection to Safety Light
A single cable connects the IP Tracknet module to the Track Safety Light. Power is provided to the IP Tracknet nodule from the safety light. Two-way RS485 data communications flows to and from the safety light from the tower.

Connection to the track's IP Network
A standard RJ45 network connector links the ethernet side of the IP Tracknet module with the IP network wired around the track. IP address can be hard coded at the factory or DHCP assigned automatically by the server at the track.
