Last visit to a local track had your track safety lights installed at all the turns. Speaking with the track manager, they use their iPads to control the lights at some of the turns and use a hardwired hand controller at all the other turns. I thought the hardwired hand controller was only available for the Digital Safety Flag.

Is the hardwired hand controller a custom solution and can our TSLs be updated?

Wireless Track Safety Lights can now add a Hardwired Hand Controller option with up to nine flags on the hand controller. For existing TSLs, the TSLs is shipped to RaceAmerica for retrofit and returned with a Hardwired Hand Controller with 50ft cable. The Track Safety PC software will also need to be upgraded to enable the new Hardwired Hand Controller.

Unfortunately, the Hardwired Hand Controller option is not available with IP Network based TSLs since the same hardware communications and connector are used for the hand controller.
